steps to make

1, make the dough
   stir the dough mixtures between flour, water, salt, egg yolk
2 after complete take a small amount of the dough and make it a big round by stirring it or just push it till the skin very thin
3, fry it in the pan
4, freshly prepared mixtures of, onion leaf, beef meat, spices, and red onion
5. pour the beef mixtures to the pan
6 wrap it to rectangle shape and fry till brown clour appeared
